Utopix is a Venezuelan-born collective with the goal of producing an alternative, anti-capitalist communication model. Artists, activists and journalists put their work at the service of the peoples who struggle against oppression. Within this common horizon, history is also a battlefield. This calendar gathers the contributions from 12 artists who propose visual depictions of 12 historical milestones which are either ignored or downplayed by the dominant but remain relevant and inspiring for today’s struggles.
