El Quinto Regimiento
El Quinto Regimiento de Milicias Populares fue un cuerpo de voluntarios en la Guerra Civil Española. Fundado por iniciativa comunista, llegó a contar con 20 mil milicianos y participó activamente en la defensa de Madrid en 1936. Además de las actividades militares, también desarrolló labores sociales y culturales.

Fifth Regiment
The Fifth Regiment of Popular Militias was a volunteer corps in the Spanish Civil War. Founded on communist initiative, it went on to have more than 20 thousand members and played an active role in the defense of Madrid in 1936. Apart from military activities, the Fifth Regiment also undertook social and cultural work.

Cinquième régiment
Le Cinquième régiment des milices populaires était un corps de volontaires pendant la guerre civile espagnole. Fondé à l’initiative des communistes, il comptait jusqu’à 20 000 miliciens et a participé activement à la défense de Madrid en 1936. Outre ses activités militaires, il a également mené des actions sociales et culturelles.
